Multiple District 105 Lioness Clubs have an Advisory Body.  This Body can be contacted  via the website, or through the email address Lioness Clubs are membership organisations which represent members in the wider field, as well as organising events and training in order to meet their charitable aims. This Advisory Body guides Clubs through administrative processes and legal requirements.

We realise the importance of confidentiality.  Data may be processed in electronic formats as well as on paper.  When processed electronically, data may be held on a private cloud based system and/or on a local server.  Regardless of how data are processed, all feasible security measures are in place.  Data is retained while it forms part of our services and/or if there is statutory retention period.

Data may be shared with third parties as part of our contracted services (i.e. membership administration), for our administrative purposes and/or if we are required by law to do so. We cannot accept any liability for any processing conducted by a third party outside our remit.

As part of our compliance, we have conducted a cookie audit on our website.  Cookies are internet files used by the system to view websites and their content.  We utilise cookies for analytical purposes to monitor and improve our website as may be required.
