Looking at The opening page of of our website where its states Age Doesn't Matter I thought immediately of our newest Lioness who joined us last year at the grand old age of 93 !!

Kate Russell. 93 years old and still helps in preparing and helping serve meals at a lunch held once a week for elderly people. Kate also does beautiful Embroidery and Quilting and belongs to at least 3 Craftclubs in Felixstowe. She has very bad arthritis and has had operations on her hands for this but she doesn't let it get her down in fact when her hands have been very painful I have seen her get a pair of pliers to pull the needle through her work. She is truly a wonderful lady.
